Ed Driskill - Texas History

  • Welcome to Texas History class!

    Texas Flag

For the next few weeks, we will be discussing the early settlers of Texas, including Austin's Colony, the empresarios, and the development of the early towns of Texas.  This will include the growing differences between the settlers and the Mexican Government, leading up to the Texas Revolution.

Tutorials are for students who need additional time to complete work, for students who have been absent and need time to catch up, or for students who need clarification on topics we are covering.

    Tuesday & Thursday Mornings - 8-8:35

Wednesday Afternoons, 3:45-4:15 (by appointment during athletics seasons)

(Students with failing grades on tests and quizzes may come to my morning tutoring sessions to do corrections in order to raise the score to passing.  These MUST be done in morning tutorials, only.   A time limit will apply.)

Grades can be found on your student's Skyward report.  Follow the link below.
