Hi! Here's some information about me,

This is my 12th year of teaching and my 11th at Cockrell. I am so excited to be back in second grade. I love reading and writing, in fact my first career was as an editor/reporter for different newspapers and magazines as I followed my husband's job around the country. I have two children, both in college. Nathaniel (21) is a senior at Rice University (Go Owls!).  My daughter, Rayne (19)' is attending San Jacinto Community Colege. I love football (Go Texans!) so during the season I may get a little crazy but I usually quickly recover.

I am really excited to start another year and hope that you and your child will have a great year with me. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this year successful.
