Degrees and Certifications:
Miss Proch, English I
Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!
I am an English teacher and the Assistant Cheerleading Coach at Dawson High School. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Education and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education. This is my second year teaching at Dawson High School and my first year teaching English I.
In the classroom, my goal is for your child to be successful in communicating, problem-solving, and writing. By the end of the school year, I hope that every student is more confident in their writing ability and prepared for their sophomore year of high school. My goal as an educator is to share my love for learning, as well as provide a safe environment for all of my students.
I am orignially from La Grange, TX and moved to Pearland last year. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors running or fishing when I get a chance to visit my hometown. My fiance and I spend our weekends traveling all over Texas and enjoy floating the river in San Marcos.
