Flyer Guidelines - District Level

  • Booster Club/PTA/Fundraisers (District-affiliated)

    Pearland ISD will display approved fundraising events from campus PTAs, district booster clubs and community partners. All fundraisers must benefit the district as a whole, individual campuses or district organizations.

    Requirements for Consideration

    Fundraiser flyers must meet the following standards:

    • Approval from the campus principal or organization’s sponsor.
    • Benefit the district as a whole, individual campuses or district organizations.
    • Indicate campus(es) or district organization(s) fundraiser will benefit.
    • Include fundraiser details (date, time, location, etc.).
    • Flyer must include contact information for fundraiser (name, phone number, email).

    Approval Process and Display on Calendar

    To submit an event for posting on the fundraiser calendar, please follow these procedures:

    1. Obtain written approval from campus principal or program director. Provide approval to the Communications Dept. via submission form or drop off approval at the Virgil Gant Education Support Center (1928 N. Main, Pearland, TX 77581).
    2. Representative of PTA, booster club or community partner provides fundraiser details via submission form. Organization may submit a Word document or PDF file to link on the calendar.
    3. For copies distributed at campuses, representative of PTA/booster club should seek approval from campus principal.

    Athletic Camps & Clinics (Internal Activities)

    As a service to students and parents, information about athletic camps and clinics hosted by Pearland ISD coaches will be posted on the district web site.

    Requirements for Consideration

    Fundraiser flyers must meet the following standards:

    • Flyer must contain the following disclaimer printed in BOLD letters in at least 12-point type: "This athletic camp/clinic follows guidelines set forth by Pearland ISD and the University Interscholastic League.

    Approval Process and Display on Calendar

    1. To submit an event for posting on the district website, please follow these procedures:
    2. Submit flyer to campus principal for approval.
    3. Submit flyer to Athletics Department for approval.
    4. Athletics Department will provide an approval form.
    5. Flyer will be posted on the Athletics page of the district website under "Camps and Clinics."
    6. Flyers generated internally are approved for campus distribution at the discretion of the campus principal.

    Fine Arts Camps & Clinics (Internal activities)

    As a service to students and parents, information about camps hosted by Pearland ISD fine arts instructors will be posted on the district website.
