Pearland ISD is committed to responding to parent and family concerns in the most efficient, effective and respectful way. We value the concerns of our parents, staff, students and community. We take every concern or complaint seriously and will make our best effort to respond as quickly as possible. There are no negative consequences for filing a complaint. Our goal is to work with you to resolve complaints informally and at the lowest level possible – this often begins with the teacher or counselor. When that is not possible, we have a formal process for resolving issues.
