Homecoming Update/Information

 

 Pep Rally Information

 

PEP Rally

PEP Rally Oct. 18 (Thursday) during 7th period.

The Cheerleaders will be set up in the commons before school and during lunch at each cafeteria selling tickets to the homecoming pep rally. The tickets are $2.00 with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Susan G. Komen foundation.

 

They will also have buckets on the High School side for the ‘Kiss the Pig' competition.
Drop any money or spare change into the bucket of the teacher you most want to see kiss a pig. . . the winner will kiss the pig at the pep rally.

 

·      Ceremony will take place before the start of Homecoming Game vs. South Houston at the  Rig on Friday, October 19th.  It will be held on the field.

Homecoming Week Fun! 

Monday: "Trojans try to imitate the Oilers" Dress like your favorite teacher

Tuesday: "Defeat the Evil Trojans" - Dress like your favorite Super Hero

Wednesday: PSAT test day. No dress up allowed.

Thursday: "Oilers are Royalty" - Dress like a Prince or Princess

Friday: "Show your Oiler Spirit" - Dress all out in Oiler/PHS attire 

OilerFest
Oilerfest is a gathering on campus that allows our students to come together and fellowship while enjoying games, music, and food provided by PHS Student Organizations. Time: 4:00 pm-7:00

Homecoming Game: October 19th

                                 7:00 pm Kickoff


Homecoming Dance:  Held in the PHS Commons

                                   Saturday, October 20th

                                   7:00 pm-Midnight

                                   

Homecoming Dance tickets are on sale.  Tickets are 12.00 per person (pre-sale) 20.00 per couple.  Price of tickets will go up at the door, so make sure you buy your early.  Purchase your tickets from McGrew.
