We’re going to be reading The Call of the Call of the Wild. The Call of the Wild is a fiction account of the life of a dog in the Arctic.
The novel delves into the basic instinct of all life forms, from bugs to dogs to humans… to survive. BEFORE YOU BEGIN! Know this... there are 3 main types of conflict: 1. Man vs. Man - a man, woman, group or society is in conflict with another man, woman, group or society. 2. Man vs. Nature - a man, woman, group or society is in conflict with some force of nature (wild animals, weather, ocean, land, etc.) 3. Man vs. Himself - a man or woman, group or society is in conflict with himself or herself. Something inside of them is causing conflict.
