Specific questions or concerns regarding your child should be addressed by the Pearland ISD staff member who knows your child best. Most questions can be answered by your child’s teacher or counselor. If the question or concern is not resolved with the teacher or counselor, you may request a conference with the campus principal. If your question or concern is not resolved at the campus level, you may request a conference with personnel at the Education Support Center. Your child’s principal will direct you to the ESC department or staff member who can help you with your specific question or concern.
We encourage students and parents to discuss their concerns and complaints through informal conferences with the appropriate teacher, principal, or other campus administrator. If an informal conference regarding a complaint fails to reach the outcome requested by the student or parent, the student or parent may initiate the formal process described below by timely filing a written complaint form.
