The show -- Sept. 27-29 at the Richard L. Wagoner Agricultural Facility -- will give local students the opportunity to exhibit livestock, showcase career talents and win scholarships and awards.

During this kickoff year, the show will feature art and culinary contests and lamb, goat, pig and cattle shows, in addition to other events. Each year the show will expand to include new career competition fields.

Proceeds from the event will sponsor three scholarships for top culinary, art and livestock exhibitors.

Art, culinary and livestock scholarship applications are now available for students.
