1. What is K12 Planet?
K12Planet is an easy-to-use, secure, and comprehensive school-to-home web-based that gives parents and students instant access to grades, attendance, homework assignments, and school activities.

2. How do the grades I enter into eClass Grades get published to K12 Planet?
A. Grades teachers enter into eClass Grades are saved to the Winschool server. Once daily, around 1 pm, grades are uploaded from the Winschool server to the K12 Planet server. Though uploads occur each day, if teachers have not input and saved any grades into eClass Grades, no updates will appear in K12 Planet.

3. My grades are not updating on K12 planet. What do I do?
A. The automatic export setup on your computer may be corrupt and will have to be set up again. Contact Davida Alexander-Green or Sue Fuller for assistance.

4. How do I post messages for my students on K12 Planet?
A. Log into K12 Planet. Click My Students, and then click Announce. Messages display. Click New Message, and follow the on-screen instructions.
