2. How do I use eClass Attendance?
A. It’s easy:
Login to eClass Attendance by using your UserID and password. The main attendance screen opens.
Verify the date and change using the drop down on the left. The drop down on the right allows you to change the class period. The default setting is the green P for Present.
For any student who is absent, click on the A, which turns red. Never record an absence in eClass Attendance; instead use the Tardy Database.
After you have finished taking attendance for each class, click on the Done button in the upper right corner of the screen. This sends a message to Win School that you are finished and are sending your records.
Or, you can click on the X in the top right corner. A dialog opens asking if you are finished. Click Submit Now.

4. Can I submit attendance after the school day has ended/on a non-school day?
A. No. You must submit attendance prior to the end of the school day, and you are not able to enter attendance on a non-school day (such as a workday). It is recommended that you enter attendance each class period rather than wait until the end of the day.

10. Help! I keep getting notices that I haven't submitted my attendance, but I have. What do I do?
- Use File--> Submit rather than the Done button.
- Be sure you do not have too many other applications open at the same time; in fact, since you’ve had problems with the attendance program, for the next few submissions, make sure attendance is the only thing open.
- Please make sure you close out the attendance program completely after each submission, then reopen at the beginning of each class period.
- Make sure you are shutting your computer completely down at the end of each day.
If none of these suggestions help, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the program.
