Pearland ISD administrators and staff are on the move this fall, taking on new campuses and responsibilities.
Four schools welcome new principals for the 2010-11 school year.
Michelle Pourchot, former Lawhon Elementary assistant principal, will serve as Lawhon’s new principal.
Shadycrest Elementary welcomes Marlo Keller, previously Lawhon’s principal, as its new principal.
At the intermediate level, Dana Miles will serve as principal of Rogers Middle School, stepping up from her former post as the school’s assistant principal.
Kim Brooks, former Rogers principal, will head Berry Miller Junior High.
Also filling a new role is former Pearland High School varsity assistant baseball coach Anthony Scalise, who will serve as the Oiler team’s new head coach. Scalise replaces Ben Pardo, who became the district’s athletic director this spring.
At Dawson High School, Krystal Williams will head the Lady Eagles softball team. Williams previously served as the assistant softball coach at DHS and the girls’ athletic coordinator at Berry Miller Junior High.
