Celebrate your child's birthday by giving a gift that will last a lifetime! 
  For $10.00 you can donate a book to the Shadycrest Library in honor of 
  your child's birthday.  The book selected will have a permanent bookplate 
  placed inside and your child will be the first one to check it out!  

Books may also be donated to honor students or teachers for any special occasion or accomplishment.  Books can also be placed in the library in memory of a loved one or special friend.

The cost of each book is $10.00.  Please contact Mrs. Matusek for further information, or have your child come by the library and pick up a form.
