Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is going to be an exciting physical adventure. Students will be challenged mentally and physically to solve problems and develop habits that promote healthy nutrition and physical activity. Our primary goal is for students to acquire the knowledge and skills for movement that provide the foundation for enjoyment, continued social development through physical activity, and access to a physically active lifestyle.

     We have designed a program that will motivate students to actively participate in aerobic conditioning, cooperative problem solving and lead-up skills for future athletic endeavors. Strength, flexibility, endurance and agility will be our primary focus.







    OnTrack Fitness Announcement

    The excitement was overwhelming this morning during OnTrack Fitness.  It is wonderful to see so many students who have a desire to engage in a healthy lifestyle.  We just wanted to follow up with a couple of housekeeping items.  Please remember that we will not open the outside doors/gate until 7:10; therefore, students are unsupervised prior to that time. We had several students on the back porch at 7:00 AM this morning.  The mosquitos are terrible and the lack of supervision is problematic.  Students should be dropped off at the security gate at the end of the bus circle.  For security reasons, it will be closed and locked at 7:40 AM.  If you arrive after 7:40 please drop students off at parent pick-up in the front of the building.

    We also wanted to let you know that the T-shirts will be ordered this afternoon.  It normally takes about 2 weeks for delivery.  This year’s shirt will be athletic heather gray.
