The Pearland ISD Education Foundation is pleased to offer I AM PEARLAND ISD district apparel and gear through a new online merchandise store. The I AM PEARLAND ISD campaign encourages students, staff, and community members to wear their support for the school district. This is the third year for the fundraising initiative which has raised over $34,000 for the education foundation.
Two Pearland ISD students did not let COVID get in the way of their learning this summer. Pearland High School’s sophomore Angel Pinales and Turner High School’s senior Kraig Thompson, were among a select group from across the state to attend virtual STEM Camp offered by the prestigious Tapia Center for Excellence and Equality at Rice University.
Due to recent University Interscholastic League and Texas Education Agency guidelines to maintain social distancing and limit stadium/facility capacity, season passes for Pearland ISD football games will not be available for the 2020 season.
Pearland ISD’s history of excellence and innovation in fiscal management continues to help achieve world-class opportunities and high student achievement.
Through the Swap Shop, Pearland ISD parents may donate or exchange gently-used clothes for their children to wear to school. The shop helps offset the cost of buying school clothes by allowing parents to trade children’s outgrown school clothes for something fresh.
