Chess Club

  • Hello! Chess Club is available to all students at any skill level. Students can enjoy learning and playing the game of chess while making new friends. For students who would like to test their chess skills, there will be three tournaments held this school year.

    Mondays: 8:00 am - 8:30 am

    Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 8:30 am

  • Tournaments:

    PISD Fall Chess Tournament: Saturday, October 14

    PISD Winter Chess Tournament: Saturday, February 24

    Spring Chess Championship: Saturday, May 18

    Ten spots are available for the tournaments this year. Students who are interested will be chosen based on participation and skill level.
