Welcome to the Virtual Kitchen!
My name is Chef Dunn and I am happy to be starting my 15th year of instruction in PISD! I have been working professionally in kitchens since the age of 16 and hope that my knowledge of the kitchen and techniques will be passed down to the next generation of restaurateurs and hospitality workers I will interact with everyday in class.
I love to travel and the students will often hear stories of places I've been and where I would like to travel. I'm a big believer in experiencing life from different perspectives, because it will truly make your life rich and prepare you for whatever life throws at you. I often say, "The world is bigger than your backyard!".
I am excited about teaching this year's group of culinary geniuses in both the Advanced Culinary Arts and Practicum classes. I know that we will produce a great deal of wonderful food and future leaders in the industry.

3rd and 7th period - Advanced Culinary Arts
7th and 8th period - Advanced Culinary Arts / Practicum
Wednesday - 6:45 - 7:10 am
Friday - 1:35 - 3:15 pm
