The purpose of this club is to enhance student knowledge of culture and cuisine from around the world. Each month students discuss and explore a different region of the world and that regions approach to food that is customary to the region.
Students also investigate each countries approach to hospitality and tourism in that country. As a valued community member, to the gulf coast region we are attempting to enhance student knowledge to make them better workers in an ever growing hospitality industry that effects our area.
Meetings are held every second and fourth Monday of the month from 2:15 pm – 3:00 pm.
