- Students, parents/guardians, family members, Pearland ISD professional staff and/or community members may refer a student by completing a GT nomination form.
- Students may be assessed once during any academic year.
- Referrals for identification are accepted according to the published timeline. Referrals must be completed through Skyward Family Access. Paper nominations will not be accepted.
If a student does not qualify for the Pearland ISD G/T Program, parents/guardians have due process rights to request an appeal. The request for appeal must follow the guidelines linked below.
In order to be reviewed, this form must be completed and submitted to the Advanced Academics Department within 10 business days of the postmark date on the denial of placement letter and must contain new information not provided during the initial round of assessment.
