Bobcat Football Information
Football equipment pick up will be Monday August 5th, from 9am-11am and 1pm-3pm for all 7th and 8th grade football players. Players must be present to receive equipment. We will not hand out equipment to parents. If the player cannot make it on Monday there will be coaches available on Tuesday August 6thduring schedule pick up to pass out equipment. If the player cannot make either one of these days they will receive their equipment the first week of school after practice. Players must have a physical on file and all online documents completed in order to get equipment. Below is the link for the online documents through Rank One.
Berry Miller will provide a practice jersey, helmet, shoulder pads, white practice pants (without pads), belt, knee pads and a locker. We will also provide game pants and game jerseys on game days.
Players are responsible for providing their own mouthpiece, padded girdle and/or padded practice pants, red game socks, and cleats.
Parents will also need to log onto Skyward to pay the participation fee, helmet decal fee, and for the athletic uniform (t-shirt and shorts). The athletic uniform will be worn during athletics throughout the year. 8th graders can purchase a new uniform or wear their athletic uniform from last year. Please limit your order to 2 uniforms per athlete to start the year. I will open it up for more orders after everyone has their first order.
Practice will begin the first day of school (August 15th) after school until 5:30pm. We will practice August 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 after school until 5:30pm. We will discuss further practice dates at our parent meeting. Games will start September 10th for 7th grade and September 11th for 8th grade. 7th grade games are on Tuesdays and 8th grade games are on Wednesdays.
