    Hello Jaguars,

    We hope everyone is safe and healthy.  Please see the link below outlining physical fitness suggestions. A healthy diet and regular exercise will help the body stave off disease, reduce stress and increase energy.  Working out with a friend or relative is always more fun, but we encourage each of you to remember to practice appropriate social distancing.  We look forward to seeing all of you in the near future. Happy Exercising!
