Mr. Burrell is originally from New Orleans, LA. He received his Bachelor of Sciences Degrees in Mathematics from Dillard University and Education from Southern University at New Orleans. His teaching career spans more than 13 years with the latter right here in Pearland ISD. He received his Masters of Science Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. His professional goal in life has always been to teach and affect real change in the lives of others; he is proud to say he has been living his lifelong dream. This latest chapter as administrator is allowing him to live this dream on a much larger scale.

Since joining the Sablatura Middle school family, Mr. Burrell has hit the ground running. He strives to make a difference with both colleagues and students each and every day he steps foot on the campus.
