Pay Instrument Rental Fee
Any student who plays a school-owned instrument will be assessed an Instrumental Rental Fee of $50 per semester or $100 per year. Instrument Rental Fees MUST be paid through Charms. Please do NOT login directly to RevTrak/Web Store. Your student's Fixed Payment Ledger in Charms will not be updated to reflect your payment unless you first initiate the payment in Charms.

How to Pay Instrument Rental Fee
Step 1
Login to your student's Charms account at https://www.charmsoffice.com/. For more information about how to log in, please visit our What is Charms? page.
Step 2
In the Parent/Student Area, click on the icon that says "Finances"
Step 3
The next screen is your student's financial statement. At the bottom of the page is the Student Fixed Payment Detail. 1) Select which payment you wish to pay. (You may select one or both. If paying only semester, then please make sure that it is the correct semester.) 2) Review which fees you have selected and then click on "Pay Fixed Payments".
Step 4
The next screen is the RevTrak payment screen. Click on the button that says "Start Payment".
Step 5
You will now be redirected to the RevTrak Login Screen. If this is your first time logging into the Web Store, then click on "Create New Acccount". If not, login using the email that you used to create your account. If you have forgotten your password, then click on "Forgot Password?" and follow instructions to reset your password.
Note: Band directors cannot help you reset your RevTrak password. For assistance with the Web Store, please contact the front office.
Step 6
If you do not have a payment method saved, then RevTrak will prompt you to add a payment method. You can add your bank account using your account number and routing number. Or you can pay using a credit/debit card.
Step 7
After clicking on the "Credit/Debit Card" button. RevTrak will prompt you to enter your card information.
Step 8
Review your order to make sure that all information is correct including the "Fixed Payments for [Your Student's Name]" under "Items." If there is nothing listed under items or there is nothing in your RevTrak cart, then go back to Step 2 on this page. If all information is correct, then click on "Place Order".
Step 9
All done! Please save a copy of your receipt for your records. Thank you for paying you Instrument Rental Fee!
