We are focused on continuing our Back-to-Basics approach to Build Pearland Proud. This is a process that takes all of Pearland working together for the benefit of our students. Our sole purpose is to ensure that our students have the necessary knowledge and skills to take advantage of whatever opportunities come their way. We will focus on outcomes while safeguarding the principles of model, nurture, and share.

Pearland ISD must have a return on investment (ROI) and allow our outcomes to drive our processes and procedures for continued growth and improvement. We believe in an all-learner approach of intentional collaboration that uses data-driven decisions to provide just-in-time remediation as we scaffold new instruction. We must model expectations, nurture relationships, and share information and accountability.
