Flyer Guidelines - District Level

Booster Club/PTA/Fundraisers (District-affiliated)

Pearland ISD will distribute electronic flyers via Peachjar for approved fundraising events from campuses and PTAs which must benefit the district as a whole, individual campus or district organization.

Requirements for Consideration

Flyers must meet the following standards:
  • Benefit the district as a whole, individual campuses or district organizations.
  • Include fundraiser details (date, time, location, etc.).
  • Flyer must include contact information for fundraiser (name, phone number, email).

 

Approval Process for Distributing Electronic Flyers

To submit an event for Peachjar distribution, please follow these procedures:
  1. Submit flyer to campus principal or the district organization leader of the Booster club for approval indicating which campus(es) should receive flyer.
  2. Upon approval, campus Principal will send electronic flyer for distribution via email to Aliana Wynn in the Communications Department.

 

Athletic Camps & Clinics (Internal Activities)

As a service to students and parents, information about athletic camps and clinics hosted by Pearland ISD coaches will be posted on the athletics web page.

Requirements for Consideration

Fundraiser flyers must meet the following standards:
  • Flyer must contain the following disclaimer printed in BOLD letters in at least 12-point type: "This athletic camp/clinic follows guidelines set forth by Pearland ISD and the University Interscholastic League.

Approval Process for Peachjar Distribution and Posting on Athletics Web Page

To submit an event for posting on the Athletics web page or for Peachjar distribution, please follow these procedures:
  1. Submit flyer to campus principal for approval.
  2. Submit flyer to Athletics Department for approval indicating which campus(es) should receive flyer.
  3. Athletics Department will provide an approval form.
  4. Flyer will be posted on the Athletics web page of the district website under "Camps and Clinics."
  5. Flyers generated internally are approved for campus distribution at the discretion of the campus principal.
  6. Upon approval, Athletics Director will send electronic flyer for distribution via email to Aliana Wynn in the Communications Department.

 

Fine Arts Camps & Clinics (Internal activities)

As a service to students and parents, information about camps/clinics/student-centered events hosted by Pearland ISD fine arts instructors will be posted on the fine arts web page.

  4. Flyer will be posted on the Fine Arts page of the district website.
