NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES
Please note that for the 2026–27 Benefits Open Enrollment season, Pearland ISD will transition to Bswift as the new benefits enrollment platform. The previous enrollment system, The Beacon, will no longer be used for benefits enrollment.
All employees will complete their benefit elections through the new Bswift enrollment system during the mandatory Open Enrollment window.
