Located in the Human Resource Services Department, the Benefits Team administers the district's employee benefits programs to improve the physical, mental, and financial well-being of our employees and their families. Not only do we assist employees with insurance enrollment, we manage employee leaves and absences, the workers' compensation program, and provide wellness initiatives.

1095-C Forms: Year 2024

Health Insurance Coverage

New legislation on optional ACA reporting relief states that ALEs are no longer required to send 1095-B and 1095-C forms to covered individuals and full-time employees unless a form is requested. 

The legislation provides that reporting entities must notify individuals of their right to request a copy of the statement “at such time and in such manner as the [IRS] may provide” to take advantage of the alternative furnishing method. These requirements are now set forth in the IRS Notice 2025-15 attached, which also applies to 2024 calendar year reporting due in early 2025.
