Pearland ISD is passionate about encouraging all employees to reach their highest potential. The District's Cash For College incentive does just that.

Participation in this incentive could earn you up to:

$600 for college hours leading to a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree
$800 for a conferred Bachelor's Degree
$1,400 for a conferred Master’s Degree
$2,000 for a conferred Doctorate Degree

Payment will be processed within 60 days of the completion of this form and receipt of your transcript(s).

Employees resigning from the Pearland District at the end of the current contract year should expect documents to be mailed to another district no earlier than the end of July, providing the employee has resigned by the last day of the current school year. Original Service Records and Texas Teaching Certificates can only be released after the Superintendent has accepted the resignation.
