*This adjustment will cap at $1.00 per hour and will remain in effect for the entirety of your employment or until a completed ASE or TASBT certification with Master School Bus Technician Designation is achieved.
**There will be no additional money awarded for ASE certifications above the Master School Bus Technician Designation.
***Failure to provide the renewal to HRS in a timely manner may result in the removal of extra monies.
Your request will not be processed until your certification showing course/certification completion is received.
Certificates must be emailed to Araceli Sarabia at sarabiaa@pearlandisd.org.
Certificates must contain your name, name of organization and must reflect date of completed coursework.

Note: Benefits, Payroll and Technology will be notified of the change. ActiveCare Participations only: TRS ActiveCare application enrollment/change form (Sections 1,2 & 10). Please visit TRS to update your new name and beneficiaries.
Employees resigning from the Pearland District at the end of the current contract year should expect documents to be mailed to another district no earlier than the end of July, providing the employee has resigned by the last day of the current school year. Original Service Records and Texas Teaching Certificates can only be released after the Superintendent has accepted the resignation.
Once released, you are responsible for these original documents. These are the only originals and are required upon employment with another district. These originals should be treated as very important documents.
