Employee Email & Eduphoria
PISD employees will access the Pearland ISD Password Reset Portal (must be connected to the Pearland ISD network- HR employment center, campus computers, district Wi-Fi) to create your initial password. If unsure of username, contact campus administrative assistant or technology.
Eduphoria - After you have set up your district email, use Google Chrome to set up your Eduphoria account. Eduphoria is used to register for workshops, professional development, technology requests, work orders, and more.
Payroll
TCP-Clocking in: Badge/ID number is Employee ID number. Password is Employee ID number unless changed by you.
Employee Access - View or update your W-4, print copies of paystubs/W-2, update your Direct Deposit or personal information. Available after you receive your first paycheck.
Paycheck Advice - Employees receive a pdf copy of their paycheck advice emailed to their designated ESS email address.
*The password to unlock the paycheck advice is the last 4 of your social security number.
