Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing

The Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Department consists of a full range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, including installation and repair work on building systems across Pearland ISD.

The plumbing staff is responsible for all the water, sewer and gas systems in the district, while the HVAC staff maintains and repairs all HVAC equipment district-wide. The electrical staff is responsible for all electrical-related requests from light bulb replacement to total campus power loss -- this group keeps the lights on, water running and buildings comfortable.
