Welcome to East! I am so excited to have an opportunity to work with the great students at PJHE everyday. My name is Amy Petersen and I have been teaching for 14 years. I graduated from the University of Florida and then traveled the world as a Military wife, teacher and mother. I have lived in Florida, North Carolina, California and even Japan.
