Welcome to Mrs. Stricklin's PAP English I class at Dawson High School!  I am thrilled to join the Eagle family this year and look forward to getting to know you and your student.  I am a proud graduate of Southwestern University, and earned my Bachelor's degree in History. I absolutely love teaching reading and am coming to Dawson with eleven years of public school experience in Pearland ISD.  When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, Don, and our and our two big kids, Abby, (21--DHS Class of 2019) and Sam (17-DHS Class of 2023).  I love reading, cooking, cheering for the Houston Astros, and spending time outside.
