Hello 👋 and welcome to Mrs. Garcia's AWESOME second grade classroom!  I am very excited to have your child in my class this year! We are going to have so much fun learning new things.  Here is a little bit of information about myself. This is my 13th year of teaching great learners.  I was part of the Bilingual Team that opened up the Bilingual Program at Magnolia. I piloted the Dual Language Program for 2nd grade as well.  I have a very supportive husband and 2 wonderful grown young men.  I am a German Shepherd dog lover! I have 3 fur babies: Bear, Mia, and Ranger.  If you have any questions or concerns, my conference time is from 10:25 am - 11:15 am.  Feel free to email me or leave a message with the receptionist and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
