Here is the reading log for April if you would like to use it to track your reading.
Hi, my name is Karen Kirk and I am the librarian here at Harris. I love working in the school library! The 2019-2020 school year is my sixth year in the library and my twentieth in education. I am a Texas certified teacher for PreK-Grade 8 and an all-level certified school librarian. I received my Master’s Degree from University of Houston Clear Lake. I was born here in Texas and grew up in Pearland.
The best part about working in the library? The students! I love helping our students discover their passion for reading and helping them find their perfect book and become independent and lifelong learners.
When I am not in the library, I enjoy reading, swimming, and hanging out with Vivian and Andrew. Need a book recommendation? Just ask!
