Welcome to Physical Education at Lawhon Elementary!  I am very excited to teach your student the tools they need to live a healthy and active life. I take pride in promoting students' interest in fitness and healthy lifestyle choices. I graduated with a degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston, and am starting my 16th year as an educator.  In my free time I enjoy camping, swimming, lounging by the pool, participating in CrossFit classes, and spending time with my husband and our two daughters.
