Pearland ISD’s 2016 bond is complete. Over the four-year program, the bond added 250,000 square feet of space to accommodate growth as well as increasing safety and security, updating aging facilities and addressing important technology needs. All projects were completed four months ahead of schedule and $20 million under budget.

The Bond Construction Team thanks the program’s Architects (Stantec and PBK), and Construction Managers (Stewart Builders, Durotech, Anslow Bryant, and Tellepsen) as well as many other vendors who contributed to the program’s success.
