Hello and Welcome!

I am excited for another fantastic year at Pearland High School! I graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake. I have a 7-12 Life Science and 7-12 Science Composite certification. Teaching has been a passion that I have had since I can remember. I come from a family of amazing teachers who have been my inspiration. I have two children at home, ages eleven and five, who share my passion in science. When I am not in the classroom, you can usually find me testing out a new experiment that my children have come up with.

Science is a very complex subject. Science is everything from the study of life, viruses, the laws of physics, and the fascinating chemical reactions that occur all over. My philosophy in the classroom is all about respect, collaboration, and having a positive attitude. I look forward to having a great school year!
