Welcome to Mrs. Scopel's First Grade Class!!

I am thrilled to be your child’s teacher this year! I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in ESL instruction and a graduate of Texas A&M-Commerce with a Master of Education in School Administration.

I am excited to work through this 2022-2022 school year with you. This year is going to be full of many new adventures, fun times and great memories! I am looking forward to a great and productive year.

Notes from Mrs. Scopel

*We will have snack time each morning.  Please send a small, healthy snack to school with your child daily. 

*Your child may bring a water bottle or small thermos filled with water.  Please label with your child's name.

*Our room is cold at times.  Please keep a light weight jacket in your child's backpack.  Please write your child's name on the jacket.

*Please keep a change of clothes in your child's backpack in a ziplock baggie with your child's name.
