Mrs. Rachael Durham

Welcome! My name is Rachael Durham and I am excited to be entering my 6th year of teaching and my 3rd here at Pearland High School! 

After graduating college from The University of California, Berkeley, I worked for several years in Corportate America. I felt called to teaching several years later and began my teaching career in 2014. I taught History and Pre-AP English in Southeast Houston and South Chicago before joining the team at Pearland.  At PHS, I've taught reading intervention, and this year, Pre-AP English I.  

I grew up in Austin, Texas and love the outdoors. I have a wonderful husband (who is a 2006 PHS graduate!), a beautiful daughter and two wonderful dogs. 

 

I'm looking forward to the adventure that this 2020-2021 school year is sure to bring!
