Nick Miller

Nick Miller is a former band director turned Educational Technology Specialist.  He holds his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in Music Education and is actively pursuing his certifications to become a Microsoft Innovative Expert and a Master Trainer.

Prior to his pursuits in education, he spent four years in the United States Marine Corps, earning his Eagle, Globe and Anchor on May 13th, 2007 from Parris Island, SC.  His time in service was spent as a bandsman in Quantico, VA.  During his years of service, he met his wife, Kristi, and later moved to Pearland, TX.  They now have 2 children and are actively involved in activities within the Pearland community.

Currently, Nick has been servicing the campuses of Rogers Middle School and Sam Jamison Middle School as their ETS for the past 4 years.  He enjoys helping teachers use and understand the tools at their disposal in ways that positively affect the learning environment, as well as helping students explore new ways to learn and express their knowledge using technology.
