Greetings! 

My name is Alyssa Rodriguez and I am the Life Skills teacher at Barbara Cockrell Elementary. It is my purest joy to educate and care for your children!

My little family consists of my husband, my two sons, and our dog. 

I graduated from University of Houston - Clear Lake with my Bachelors Degree. I am certified to teach Early Childhood-6th Grade and Special Education. 

I like to differentiate content and provide numerous ways for students to succeed. However, my favorite part of teaching is building a friendship with each of my students!
