Welcome to first grade!

I am excited about being your child's first grade teacher. We are going to have a wonderful year!

I graduated from the University of Houston - Clear Lake with my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach early childhood through 6th grade and ESL. I have previously taught first and second grade in Galveston ISD and Pearland ISD.

On our class website you will find important information about schedules, peek of the week, and classroom activities. 

Check the website often...information will be updated.

*We will have snack time each morning.  Please send a small, healthy snack to school with your child daily. 

*Your child may bring a water bottle daily. Please label it with your child's name.

*Our room is cold at times.  Please keep a lightweight jacket in your child's backpack.  Please write your child's name on the jacket.

*Please keep a change of clothes in your child's backpack in a ziplock baggie with your child's name.
