I am excited about starting another year with Pearland ISD and everyone of my new 4th graders!

I believe that together we will discover different modalities of learning while having fun in 4th grade.  My experience includes one year in each of the following grade levels; PreK-4, Kinder,3rd Grade GT, 4th Grade GT, 4th Grade Reading/ELA, 5th Grade GT, and 11 years in 3rd Grade GTReading/ELA.  My certifications include ESL EC-4, ESL Supplement EC-12, and Reading Specialist EC-12, two Fellowships; Hatton Sumners GT Fellowship and the Sabal Palms National Writing Project Fellowship. Along with Avid and Kagan Structures classroom management certificates. Teaching is my passion!

I am the proud mother of two amazing women, mother-in-law to a fabulous son-in-law, and grandmother to four beautiful and unique grandchildren! I have been blessed with an abundance of love and joy.
