Hello and welcome to 4th grade! My name is Katie Grissom and I'm excited to be your child's Math, Science, and Social Studies teacher this year. This is my third year at Silverlake Elementary. I am a recent graduate from Texas A&M University class of 2019 (WHOOP!)  with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I grew up in Angleton, Texas and have two dogs (Darla and Dixie) who are extremely spoiled. 

I am excited to be a part of the Silverlake Team this year and cannot wait for a fun year of learning with your child. I look forward to meeting all of my students this school year and becoming a class family. Please know that I am completely open to communication.
