Hello parents and students!  I'm excited to teach 7th grade Science at Pearland Junior High South!  

I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Florida.  Before teaching, I was a Forensic Toxicologist at the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences for 16 years.  My teaching experience includes being a substitute teacher for Pearland ISD and an 8th grade Science teacher in Pasadena ISD.  7th grade Science (Life Science) is a better fit with my education and professional experience.

I grew up in the Houston area and moved to Pearland in 2006.  I'm married and have 3 daughters that attend Pearland ISD schools.  My oldest is in 8th grade and my twins are in 5th grade.  When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my family and leading two Girl Scout troops.

Tuturial schedule:

8 - 8:30am   Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

4 - 4:30pm Thursday (advance notice is required)
