Mrs. Peek
Hello! My name is Alison Peek. I am a first year teacher for Pearland High School. I am very excited for the 2020-2021 school year! I received an Assiciates of Arts at the age of 18 from San Jac and studied Deaf Education and Special Education at Stephen F. Austin State University. While studying for a Bachelor's in Deaf Education, I joined a local volunteer fire department as a firefighter where I fell in completely love with public service and emergency medicine. I quickly changed majors to Emergency Medical Services and became a paramedic!
Before joining the Oiler Family, I was Lead Instructorand and Clinical Supervisor for the Paramedic Program at College of the Mainland. I'm not just a teacher and paramedic! I also own a woodworking business and love to design and build furniture. I was born and raised in Galveston County and I am very proud to be teaching in the same area. I have been married 8 long years to a crazy, daring Industrial Rescue Specialist/Firefighter/Rescue Safety Diver. We have 2 amazingly beautiful and smart children, Adison and Aiden, who inspire me everyday!
Let's show 2020 what we are made of! Go Oilers!
