Welcome to 2nd Grade!

My name is Lori Smith and this is my 2nd year teaching at Rustic Oak Elementary. I am very honored to be your child's 2nd grade teacher. I graduated from The University of Houston - Clear Lake and was born in Miami, Florida.  At age 12 my family moved to Northern California, then Texas at 15 and I've have been here ever since! I live in Pearland with my husband Alan, son, Robert & my 2 dogs, Lucy & Sophie. This is my 17th year teaching young, eager minds. My conference time is 9:50-10:35 . I look forward to an awesome year with your child.
