Hello D'Backs!!  I am SUPER EXCITED about being back in the Jr High School environment!!

I have taught Math for 16 years!!  I taught 14 out of the 16 years in my Home Town of Port Arthur, TX!!  I started my career teaching 6th and 7th grade math for 6 years and then I taught 5th grade for 7 years.  Throughout my 16 years, I have had multiple coaching assignments (Volleyball, Track, Tennis, and Basketball).  I have 3 AWESOME children.  One is a 9th grader (boy), a 6th grader (boy), and a 4th grader (girl).  I have been married to my husband for 12 years.  I am a proud graduate of Lamar University and I started taking classes for my Master's in Administration. 

I truly believe that teaching is not just a job, it's a CALLING!!  I know that this is what I am supposed to do!!  Let's have an AWESOME YEAR!!
