Buen día.  A little about me:

I teach 5th grade Spanish Social Studies.  I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley in a town called Donna.  We moved to Pearland 15 years ago and are amazed at how much this town has grown. 

I am a mother of three children; two girls and one boy.  My eldest is a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma.  Boomer Sooners!  I enjoy gardening when I have a chance. It is not easy finding the time during the school year but I try.  (Crepe Myrtles are my favorite!)  

I leave you with this:  Teaching is certainly stressful at times and vigorous work, but the bond you form with students is priceless.
