Hello! My name is Ms. Lawhorn, and this year I am teaching Floral Design and Livestock Production at Pearland High School!

    I was raised in Pasadena, TX and attended Deer Park High School. In high school, I was involved in my FFA chapter where I raised multiple livestock species, competed on the LDE/CDE teams, and was a chapter officer for two years. I loved being in FFA/ agriculture classes so much that I wanted to be an ag science teacher!

    I attended Tarleton State University where I graduated with a BS in Agriculture Services and Development with Teaching Certification. I am looking forward to this school year, and proud to be a PEARLAND OILER!
