Dear parents and guardians,

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year!

I am a new Pearland teacher and a first time first grade teacher, but I have taught 4th grade for two years at Texas City ISD. I also previously student taught 1st grade in Pearland as well. 

I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Houston, a Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Houston Clear Lake and a Master's in Teaching from the University of Houston Clear Lake. 

I have lived in the Houston area for the past 11 years. Prior to that, I lived in Louisiana and Europe. 

I strongly believe that parents and teachers should work together to ensure a successful year for the student and I cannot wait to collaborate with you throughout the school year!
